At Arcenox LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your TickerQ Hub subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.
2. Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. No payment is required during the trial period, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests made after this 7-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this 14-day period, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription term, less any discounts applied to your annual plan.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within the applicable refund period
- You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
- You have not excessively used the Service in a manner suggesting abuse of our refund policy
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees or one-time charges (if applicable)
- Add-on services or features purchased separately
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund period has expired
- Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
6. How to Request a Refund

- Log in to your TickerQ Hub account
- Navigate to the Support section or submit a ticket
- Select "Refund Request" as the ticket type
- Provide your reason for requesting a refund
- Include your account email and subscription details

7. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless you are within the refund period specified above.
9. Service Outages and Credits
In the event of extended service outages beyond our control, we may offer service credits to affected users. Service credits will be applied to future billing cycles and are not redeemable for cash refunds.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
